Glass House is a 23-story high-rise in Denver’s Riverfront District.  The building’s modern lofts feature finished concrete floors, high ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows, which provide fantastic views of either the Denver skyline or the Rocky Mountains.  While the views are fantastic, special attention to the design and installation of the window glazing and floor-ceiling systems was needed.

D.L. Adams Associates provided acoustical testing between units, along with recommendations on how to close off sound leaks and increase isolation.
