S*Park is a new community development situated in the RiNo District of Denver, CO.  The community features a mix of 91 condominiums and eight townhomes with underground parking.  S*Park was designed with green features, including rooftop solar panels and reclaimed brick from former Denver buildings.  Additional features include a private central park, urban garden, greenhouse, and ground floor commercial units.

D.L. Adams Associates provided acoustical consulting services for the condominiums and townhomes to address mechanical noise, sound isolation, and impact insulation between units.  Additionally, we provided acoustical consulting services for Uchi Denver, an award-winning, contemporary Japanese restaurant located at 2501 Lawrence Street.
