BALFOUR COSMOPOLITAN CLUB, Denver, CO

The Balfour Cosmopolitan Club represents an emerging trend in senior living environments.  It concepts as a modern senior living facility utilizing technology to help residents stay as independent as possible while still providing on-site assistance.

D.L. Adams Associates designed the infrastructure for the voice and data system, the video surveillance system, and security access control systems, as well as AV systems for paging announcements, background music, in-room cable, and messaging systems.  Particular attention was paid to the acoustical design to isolate sound between residential units and areas such as the kitchen, pool and common areas.
