Aertson Midtown is a mixed-use building comprised of 350 apartments, a 180-key hotel, and various retail spaces.  The building is conveniently located next to Vanderbilt University and Nashville’s famous music row.  The central location allows for panoramic views of downtown Nashville.

D.L. Adams Associates provided evaluation and recommendations for sound isolation between hotel units, residential units, retail spaces, lobby, and parking garage.
