When the social media giant Twitter designed their new tenant finish Boulder regional office, part of the concept was to create 30,000 sq. ft. of colorful, open-concept office space to attract younger talent.

Spaces included a large multipurpose cafeteria and presentation space, open office areas, board room, video conferencing suites, huddle rooms, phone rooms, and training rooms.

Special attention was given to improving speech privacy in open office areas, so D.L. Adams Associates created 3-D acoustical models of the open areas to assist the design team in improving speech privacy and speech intelligibility.
