The building features ground floor commercial retail along with a 9th floor amenity deck. DLAA provided acoustical consulting services including noise measurements at the project site pre-construction, sound isolation, room acoustics in amenity spaces, and analyses of rooftop mechanical equipment for noise and vibration control.
