The design team tasked with building the Guam International Airport was concerned about aircraft noise impact on residential neighborhoods.  D.L. Adams Associates performed OINR measurements and calculations on several houses that are in proximity to the airport.

Noise mitigation methods will be designed for houses subject to excess aircraft noise, and the design team will manage the construction of the recommended noise insulation.
